There's some gorgeous photos on the Vegan Secret Suppers site. They're doing Sundays only, and it looks like they're available for catering and private parties as well.
The Bona Sera Supper Club is doing good things in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Looks like they are collecting donations at every event to pass on to local charities.
TT Supper Club has a great model that provides an intimate dinnerparty for only eight lucky guests at a time, and then passes all proceeds in excess of the food costs on to local charities.
