Our very own Kristy debuted as chef for the night on January 20, 2008 with the help of Chef Peter Jackson and the Ghet-Canvas crew. Spicing up the night was Sauce Piquante, who performed a set of Cajun-Creole music to rouse the dinner crowd. (Next performance at Ashkenaz on February 26). The menu included "Pork 3 Ways" and a citrus spiked hot chocolate with bunuelos. Yum. If you'd like to volunteer in the kitchen or perform at our next event, please send me a message! Thanks!
