Our very own Kristy debuted as chef for the night on January 20, 2008 with the help of Chef Peter Jackson and the Ghet-Canvas crew. Spicing up the night was Sauce Piquante, who performed a set of Cajun-Creole music to rouse the dinner crowd. (Next performance at Ashkenaz on February 26).
