A restaurant soft opening!
For those that are not sure what this is. Most restaurants do an unofficial opening to test the menu, the kitchen staff, the floor staff and more. A lot of the time they ask you to talk about or fill out a survey after. This is used to maybe change the menu or to see that they hit a home run. Who better to invite to go then a group of real foodies. Do we know any? US!
