Second in our series of ‘Cultural Immersion Dinners’, we welcome you, to a Curry Cravings beach-side party. This dinner gathering brings together two popular activities – Indian beach eats and Bollywood entertainment. Gather at the dusk hour to travel with your plate to the sandy and boisterous beaches of India. Savor with us, classic beach eats and indulge your senses in finger-licking treats. Special activities are planned for the second half of the evening, but I cant give away all the secrets - just yet! Although, sunscreen and bathing suit are not required, you should plan to kick off those shoes and be transformed into a classic Bollywood Beach Bum.

Act One: The Plot!

•  Tropical Ice Cones: A special treat for the child in all of us, with a grown-up twist for the rest.
• Spicy Nut Packs: A popular snack, warm and straight off the street vendors basket.
• Pani-Puri: Enjoy little balloons filled with traditional fixings of tangy goodness & some new ones.

Act Two: Oh, The Tear-jerking Drama!

•  Sheesh Kebab: The spicy wild card, definitely the dark horse (or chicken, in this case).
• Bhel-Puri: The soundtrack of a true Bollywood musical: rice puffs mixed in with fresh cilantro, jalapenos, onions and savory ingredients served with a concoction of three house-sauces. Dance, anyone?
  
• Choley - Bhatura: A love story of saucy chick-peas and fry-bread. Sigh!

Act Three: Ahh... Happy Endings!

• Pistachio Falooda: A sweet marriage of ice-cream and several mystery ingredients. Nuts included.
