Making Soup in a Snow Storm... Outside
Here's a video I made a couple of weeks ago when I was really craving some good soup. It's Siberian Beef Vegetable Soup... really delicious... bright red from fresh beets... and a perfect answer to "Is it a SOUP DAY?"

Please notice the snow accumulation on the cilantro before I could add it. WARNING: Not a great idea to use an induction burner where it's wet or w/ wet hands... so DON'T TRY THIS AT HOME!!! (please make it inside on your stove however!)

OMG! this site will really destroy my diet! viewing all the pictures and videos here makes me so healthy and full. I really don't know how to cook viand especially making soup, but when i watched your video it seems like it's very easy. Thanks for sharing it! God Bless!
