I am hoping that my life will be divided into two eras. Pre meat grinder and Post meat grinder, I have lots of ideas on what to do but I am going to start small and work up. I am thinking tomorrow I am going to grind my own meat for hamburgers, and maybe make some sausage without putting it into the casing or make "bulk sausage".

I have a few other projects working in the kitchen too that I should mention here because I will be referring them on here hopefully. I have a setup called Aquaponics where it uses fish poo to grow herbs. I will make a post later that explains this fully but it still isn't finished. When I finish I will add some pictures and stuff.

The other thing I have working is my Somerville sourdough it is a bread made with starter which is basically dough and water that you set out on the windowsill until local yeasts land on it and start making CO2. The most popular is obviously the San Francisco sourdough and that is because they happen to have really yummy yeasts just floating around in the air. I am very interested in seeing what Somerville's natural yeast taste like, it is going to be a few days however because of water issues we have had locally I had to wait a few days to start it. Maybe this weekend there will be bread.

I am also hoping to start the aquaponics system hopefully I will have some pics for you soon.
