another tea pairing with chadoen.com, importers of very high end teas from Taiwan, Japan and China.

menu will include tea dumplings (homemade pot sticker dough with matcha in it and oolong smoked matsutake mushrooms for the filling),
a tea soup

tea marinated seitan

a three way oolong dessert of an apple oolong muffin, oolong infused vanilla ice cream and oolong sauce.
