Late September would be fine for me. We could do the last Thurday. The only caveat I have is that I'll be working that day until a little after noon, and I should be home from work by 2:30 or so. Hi1 I just joined and I'm interested in bento. I have a decent kitchen and I know how to cook, but I'm still learning about making Asian-style cuisine. If we could find a place to hold an event, I'd be willing to do some of the work, even if it meant prepping at home and then assembling somewhere else.
While i am not a chef, I am hoping to start cooking school early next year. I've been cooking since the age of four and have decent knives.
ok! I am out of town at the moment, but let me work on it when I get back after labor day. Any times that are bad for you? What about late september - like the last thursday in sept.? And my email is baileyke2@yahoo.com - will probably be easier to email instead.
