I'm game for trying a new place or a fav place....I just ate at noted Picholine (W 64), it was 90 minutes of bliss, and to think many people eat like that a few times a day is fierce. Casellula (W 52 in HK) is a mighty fine cheese & wine bar w/ interesting twist on standards and outstanding cheese pairings, intense homemade desserts, fairly extensive wine selection as well as good servers. I've been hooked on this place for 9 months! It's addictive. Let's plan to visit a eatery soon, it's a good idea!
