I am a graduate student Monday-Thursday and a line cook on the weekends. I have only been in the industry for nine months but love my job, work with amazing people, and can't imagine not working back of house. My favorite recent dining experiences: Mesa Grill and Stage Door Deli in New York City and Rosebud's Steakhouse in Chicago.
