As an Italian I grew up pampered by good food and with a peculiar attention to small details in cooking. Never followed any culinary school but I crave to open the place of my dreams, a small teeny restaurant. A shelter, a place to chill, where to connect to the real roots of eating. I cook, you enjoy. Where to meet either at or on the table. No fancies, only emotional food.

I've got about 10 little ones in pots with about 4 leaves each!! I cant wait till there full of peppers! We'll have to have a feast when they are ready!
I got about 40 nice sprouts and gave them to friends when they got two or three leaves each. I just put one good one into a larger pot by itself. It's got 5 leaves and the stem (stalk?) is getting ready to thicken. Still inside, though since it's been super windy. Psyched!
